Manufacturing Vs Retailing Emotions
Manufacturing is a process of producing goods for utility. Retailing is a way to distribute goods. There are two primary types of retailing – store retailing and non-store retailing.
This implies two scenarios –
- We cannot retail what we don’t manufacture.
- We can manufacture yet decide not to retail.
When supply and demand are in appropriate proportion, we can say that we are in a balanced state of mind. All the emotions on the display of our body are manufactured from a source which may include a passive response or may include a perception of distorted reality. If you manufacture an emotion and don’t retail it, it is stored in the godown of your memory.
The godown is a storage of all the active and passive in the form of memories. Gestures, tone, feel, smell, view, touch, taste, sound, and influence are the raw material of the memories. Habits, behaviour, language, vision, thoughts, and choices are the products that shape the retail display of your personality.
Every emotion which is manufactured may not be retailed. Every retail item was once manufactured. The piling of products one after the other can severely hamper the storage capacity and dampen the environment in the godown.
For a new item to be stored, one item needs to be eliminated. The production and the influence decides which item needs to be replaced.
If the old items are not replaced with the new ones, the overloaded mind either will lash out at once or will infect the mind. People who cannot handle infection either seek help or shut down the manufacturing and retail store leaving their family and friends miserable.
Therefore, every individual must make sure you retail only the products which reflect yourself. The overload of raw material is not worth the effort. If the overload has been bothering you, seek help and try to either fix it or get rid of it. Alternatively, you can find a suitable outlet like journaling, drawing, baking, dancing, singing, jogging, exercising, etc. to channelise your raw material.
